 Add multiple emails to your JSM project



With this new feature for JSM, you can add more than custom emails to your JSM project. This helps by handling different request types with different addresses. Imagine that you have support, marketing, development and business departments. Each department wants for their requests to be received by different emails and reported accordingly.

You can add max of 10 emails per service project.

You can choose between two emails:

  • Atlassian email - this email will end with @<yoursitename>.atlassian.net and you can choose the request type it will apply to
  • External email - you can either Google,Microsoft or the email from other email providers

You can also select which email will be added as reply-to-address. This email will be for the customers that will reply to the email in order to receive the notifications. Customers do receive notifications for their service projects based on the settings that were made in Customer notifications menu.

There can only be one reply-to-address and that address cannot be deleted, however you can set a different email to be the reply-to-address then delete it later.
