Multi tenant capabilities for JSM

 What is new?

With this feature going live, you will have the option to raise requests and create alerts from your Slack and Teams channels. You can do this across different work spaces and different channels as well. All you have to do is have a Slack or a Teams channel.

Navigate to Settings > Products > Chat and Video tools

From here, decide if you want Slack or Teams. You will be asked to connect and also to give permissions (this is still not working the best). Once done, you will use the commands in slack to raise the incidents. The command for this is: /jsmops create incident
